When they got married 70 years ago in 1946, Ferris and Margaret Romaire weren’t able to get any snapshots of their big day because, well, no one happened to have a camera.
Adhering to the adage “better late than never,” the couple is making up for a lotof lost time in this photo shoot planned by their granddaughter, Amanda Kleckley.
It’s been 70 years since their wedding, but you should have no problem feeling the love between these two.
It’s actually not that hard to imagine the big day 70 years ago. They wear their love for each other very well!
They’ve FINALLY got some wedding pictures to share with the world…and we’re happy they did!
89-year-old Margaret wore a breathtaking lavender gown and even busted out a veil.
Ferris, meanwhile, went with a very classic tux.
The photographer responsible for these special moments?

They are a beautiful example of what marriage is meant to be.”
